Finance Committee meeting 6th August 2008
at 1p.m. at the Community Centre, Stockton Road, Long Itchington
Present: Cllrs. Cobley, Hancock, Loughman, McNally and Williams and the
Clerk, Sue Jack
1. Annual Horticultural Show: it was agreed make a grant of £150.
2. August accounts – see attached: Councillor McNally proposed that the accounts
were approved and Councillor Williams seconded the proposal. All agreed.
3. Manor Farm, Bascote Road field: it was agreed to report the parking of a touring caravan to the Enforcement Officer.
4. The Glebe House, Leamington Road: it was agreed to write and ask for an explanation for the visit to the property from the Enforcement Officer as confirmation had already been given by Councillor Hancock that planning permission had been granted for the erection of a conservatory at the property.
